StudyNewZealand works on a commission basis, paid by the institutes in New Zealand. Therefore our services for our clients seeking an education related product in New Zealand are for free!

StudyNewZealand DOES NOT charge any fee. You only pay directly to the institute in New Zealand and your paid tuition fees and accommodation fees are protected by the New Zealand government.

Please note: For countries outside the EU, except those mentioned on our representative list, we will charge a one off, non-refundable, 250 euro handling fee.

Is your money safe?

In most cases, New Zealand immigration requires you to pay the tuition fees to the University or College before they issue your visa. Every college or University in New Zealand has their own fee refund policy. In General, if Immigration New Zealand declines your visa, education provider refunds you the fees in full.

If you pay your tuition fees in advance, education providers are usually obliged to keep that money in the trust account until the course has started. The New Zealand Qualifications Authority’s (NZQA) Student fee protection policy, covering non-state institutes, also allows number of options to be used.

Student fee protection covers all payments made to a Private Training Establishment (PTE) by, or on behalf of, a student. If paid to a PTE, these will include:
•    fees (including course-related costs)
•    accommodation
•    living expenses.

The NZQA's Student Fee Protection Policy protects the interests of domestic and international students. The policy comes into effect if a PTE stops offering a course in which students have enrolled.
